This study is to find the methods that BIBFRAME could accept the new concept of representative expression in the RDA Toolkit Beta which has developed in 2019. Research methods were the literature reviews and the mapping between RDA Toolkit Beta and BIBFRAME. BIBFRAME’s acceptance of representative expression of RDA Toolkit Beta was suggested as followings. First, the properties of representative expression should be defined in BIBFRAME because the RDA Toolkit Beta defined the expression attributes and representative expression elements apart. Three choices for BIBFRAME’s acceptances are (1) to develop the newly devised representative expression properties (2) to specify representative expression properties with using refinement (3) to differentiate representative expression properties with using class. Second, <hasRepresentativeExpression><representativeExpressionOf> as relationship elements should be defined in BIBFRAME to link work and representative expression which transfer the expression attribute to work. This study will contribute to revise the BIBFRAME because this focusd on BIBFRAME’s acceptance of RDA Toolkit Beta in which reflected LRM.

This paper aims to propose ways to promote SNS marketing at school library sites with case study analyses in school libraries. To this end, in-depth interview was conducted with 10 Teacher Librarians who had used SNS in library operation and an in analysis was made of the operation status, motives and objectives, strategies and performances of the school library's SNS marketing. According to the study, most Teacher Librarians were found to be using SNS such as Facebook, Instagram, Kakao Plus Friends and so on in an attempt to improve accessibility and utilization of the library resources first. Not only that, they used SNS for the purpose of communicating with users while increasing the number of visitors and identifying the needs of users. The messages provided through SNS are information on school libraries and their reading programs, and the target market mainly involved their students. Based on the above research results, measures to promote SNS in school libraries were discussed, including the need for marketing consultative bodies, expansion of SNS targets, and enhancement of expertise in SNS.

In the context of accelerating the establishment of specialized libraries, this study aims to reestablish the entire system of specialized libraries scattered by Gimpo City as the Gimpo City Library has been in operation for 20 years. It aims to establish a specialized vision and strategy. In this study, the operational problems of the Gimpo library were discussed from three perspectives. First, there is a problem in selecting a special theme. Next is the problem of using specialized materials. Lastly, it is a matter of not operating the actual specialized program. Based on this analysis, three directions for the development of specialized topics were proposed. First, the selection of specialized topics based on local content and user needs. Second, it is necessary to prepare a plan to activate specialized services. Third, local specialty networks should be strengthened.
