AB - In the late 1997, Korea was made sudden attack by the IMF foreign currency crisis. In response to these problems and to overcome the crisis, Kim, Dae Jung government(regime) implemented strong reform programs across the nation including public, finance, labor and business sector for the past 5 years. The government announced that it would privatize 11 out of the 26 public corporations(enterprises) and unify Korea Land Corporation and Korea National Housing Corporation in 2001 and so forth. Thereafter was completed the privatization of 8 out of the 11 public corporations. On the other hand it was appeared the problemes of the Unification of two Corporations by the research paper. Accordingly the Unification-program of two Corporations was delayed and in 2003 was announced that overlaped functions of two Corporations would be restructured(adjusted) soon. And Roh Moo Hyn government announced in 2006 that Korea Land Corporation would be transferred to Jeonbuk Province and Korea National Housing Corporation to Geongnam Province. But in 2008 under Lee Meong Pak government was newly appeared the discussion of the Unification of Korea Land Corporation and Korea National Housing Corporation. Therefore this paper concentrate on the followings. Ⅰ. Introduction Ⅱ. Background of the discussion of the Unification of two Corporations Ⅲ. Major Points at Issues Ⅳ. Review on the Major Points Ⅴ. Conclusion
