ABSTRACT

Even in the service industry introduction of team organization system is of recent popular phenomenon. In the case of travel agencies in which pursuits mostly depend on human resource management one should consider all parts of the organization since the survice industry such as travel agencies is faced with the lack of people’s speciality and high turnover rate. This paper attempts to figure out how the introduction of team organization system works in the travel agency.According to the results, the transformational leadership of the team leader and workskill of the team make its achievement better and could build up the team commitment effect better. Especially, transformational leadership of team leader is thought to diminish the possibility of the organization members’ turnover.
