ABSTRACT
This article deals with methodological issues around cultural tourism studies, in which author tries to suggest methodological alternatives. Author first reviews existing cultural tourism studies appeared in Journal of Tourism Sciences published recently and figure out current condition and problems cultural tourism studies are faced with. Against the revealed problems in methodology he recommend Fuzzy model as an alternative remedy for approaching those issues. Writer notes that fuzzy system model has been applied to various disciplines involving economics, sociology, management studies, psychology and linguistics for decision-making under the ambiguous situations and specification of unclear objects.
