ABSTRACT

This study aimed to deduce the policy implication for enhancing the competitiveness in future according to analysis of the relation between the informatization of Hotel industry and efficiency of enterprise.We analyzed that the relative efficiency of Hotel Informatization in Busan through DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) which is non-parametric approach and we used Tobit analysis about efficiency to analyze management efficiency between Hotel industries.The result of main analysis showed the Informatization construction differed in the relative efficiency of the level of Hotel and improved that there was too difficult to improve the efficiency of Hotel’s industry with only Informatization construction.In other words, there was possible to improve the efficiency through the informatization construction just in case of the hotel which has some scales. 핵심용어(Key words):DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis), 호텔기업(Hotel industries), 정보화(Informatization) 상대적 효율성(Relative efficiency), 규모의 경제(Economy of Scale)
