AB - This study was to examine the effect of networking behavior within an organization on the organization performance among different types of hospitality and tourism companies. In this study, networking behavior was conceptualized in terms of five different dimensions: working network with senior officers, friendly network with senior officers, working network with between companions, and friendly network with companions. Organization performance was measure in terms of organization commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention. Data were collected from 497 employees of three different types of hospitality and tourism companies(i.e., ,five hotels, five travel agencies, and four resorts) on October 209. Results showed that networking behavior in organization had positive effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, and negative effect on turnover intention. Results also indicated a mediating effect of the types of business.
