A Study on Structure Effects of Mobile Information Service Quality of Travel Products Influencing Information Acquisition Failure and Future Behavior

ABSTRACT

This study clarified the influencing relation that travel product mobile information service quality affects the variables. A total of 633 people data collected were utilized for analysis of structural equation. Integrated structure relation of proposed model has been verified. As a result of data analysis, structure relation model of future behavior, satisfaction and information acquisition failure according to travel product mobile information service quality showed several important results. Mobile information service quality factors such as contents, feedback and personalization showed significant(-) effects on information acquisition failure, but exploration showed no significant effects on information acquisition failure. In addition, mobile information service quality factors such as contents and personalization showed significant (+) effects on tourism information satisfaction.
