The study was performed by the development of patriotism, Unification, Security, and veterans Consciousness level of University Students. This study suggest to level analysis of Veterans Patriotism, Persons Recognition, a Memory day, Unification and Security of University Students. The study questionaque methods was performed by Likert five point scale major focus was social demographic a characters of University Students . The purpose of the study is to offer the basic data to the promotion patriotism, Unification and security spirit for University Students. he major result of the research were as follows; The major significantly differences analysis of Patriotism University Students by social demographic special characters was shown significantely higher the male(P<0.001) The significantly differences higher analysis about a military experience of University Students(P<0.001). the Correlation significantly differences analysis of Patriotism, Unification and Security of University Students about age(P<0.01), study grade division(P<0.01), military experience(P<0.01), veterans subject experience(P<0.01) memory day(P<0.01). the Correlation significantly differences analysis of veterans recognition about age(P<0.01), study grade division(P<0.01), veteran subject experience(P<0.01). veterans law(P<0.01), moved about person of merit(P<0.01), treatment of person of merit(P<0.01), nation contribution ratio of person of merit(P<0.01) Unification desire(P<0.01), economic development of person of merit(P<0.01).

The purpose of this study is to suggest some desirable directions for developing the response systems of hybrid disasters. For achieving this purpose, this paper suggests premises as follows; First, it is needed that we build up the global crisis management system including north-east asian countries or asian countries with individual country-centered crisis management system; Second, Korea get all the systematic and unitary legal system for all around national crisis; Third, it is necessary that Korea makes a great efforts for disaster prevention/mitigation policy concern, professional disaster management manpower education and discipline, and disaster protective shelter inspection and construction; Fourth, Korea has to change the direction of disaster management policy from central government to local governments.

This study supposes highly-educated unemployment as social crisis, and analyses various factors causing highly-educated women's employment crisis into individualism, structuralism, and social network. Then this study attempts to propose desirable alternatives for activating employment. According to this analysis, we can find out that woman herself, gender-difference in job, especially, employment supporting system has an central influence on employment crisis. Besides, there needs to be focused on building social network for overcoming this crisis. Further details are as follows. First, universities in community must improve supporting infra for intensifying interpersonal network, such as providing timely information and publicity, offering relevant job consulting, and linking honorable mentor. Second, this study suggests constructing recruiting infra, activating community recruiting, establishing specialized information agency, and building cooperative relations among concerned, viewing from inter-institution network in community.
