중국에는 다양한 형태의 한국고대사 관련 금석문이 산재해 있다. 그럼에도 종래 한국에서는 중국 금석문 자료의 조사와 수집을 등한시해왔다. 본 연구에서는 한국고대사 관련 중국 금석문, 그 중에서도 양적으로나 질적으로 사료적 가치가 높은 唐代 금석문을 종합적으로 조사, 정리하였다. 현재 중국에는 약 1만 점에 가까운 당나라 금석문이 존재한다. 그 중에서 276점의 금석문이 한국고대사와 관련된 자료이다. 비록 그것은 전체의 3% 미만에 불과하나, 사료 부족에 허덕이는 한국고대사 연구에 활력소가 될 것으로 생각된다. 이러한 자료를 국가별로 나누면, 고구려 관련 자료는 총 200점으로 신라나 백제 등에 비하여 압도적 다수를 차지한다. 그 가운데 고구려 遺民 자료는 18점에 불과하고 대부분이 중국인 來往 자료로 모두 182점에 이른다. 그리고 신라의 경우는 재당신라인을 포함한 신라인 관련 자료가 13점, 당인의 신라 내왕자료가 25점으로 총 38점이 확인되고, 백제는 유민 자료가 9점, 중국인 내왕 자료가 9점, 발해는 유민 자료가 2점 중국인 내왕 자료가 6점, 그리고 기타 자료가 12점 확인된다. 여타 금석문도 그렇겠지만, 한국고대사 관련 중국 금석문은 대부분 단편적인 사실을 전하는 경우가 많다. 그럼에도 이들 자료는 문헌자료에 보이지 않는 귀중한 정보들을 싣고 있다. 재당 이주민 자료를 통해 한반도 삼국 유민의 생생한 생활상과 數代로 이어지는 가계 그리고 그들이 中國化 되어가는 모습을 알 수 있다. 그리고 당대 중국인의 한반도 내왕 자료는 7세기 중엽 한반도 패권을 둘러싸고 벌어진 전쟁의 규모와 실상을 보여주고, 8․9세기 당 사신의 신라 및 발해 내왕을 통한 정치교섭과 문화교류의 일면을 확인시켜 준다.

The Manpo Garrison and Manpo Cheomsa during early Joseon

Manpo was a garrison located in the most remote northern area of Pyeongan Province during the Joseon era. Manpo shared a border with the Jurchens, in particular the Jianzhou Wei. Due to its geographical position, Manpo was regarded as a strategic point for national defense and as a jobingno (path used by Jurchen envoys to Joseon). Prior to the reign of King Sejo, Manpo served as a small gateway to the Amnok (Yalu) River area. Moreover, it was common for a governmentofficial holding the position of Manho (萬戶) to be dispatched to this area. However, Manpo was upgraded to the status of jin (garrison) in 1460 (6th year of King Sejo) and a Senior Rank 3 official holding the post of Cheomsa (僉使) was dispatched to the area. Good-neighbor activities toward the Jurchens were carried out within the Manpo garrison, with the main focus of these activities being the Cheomsa, a government official with civil and military skills whose position was akin to that of Dangsanggwan (Senior Rank 3). The Manpo Garrison served as a center from which Joseon’s policy toward the Jurchens was actualized during early Joseon. More to the point, the activities involving the Jurchens conducted within the Manpo Garrison were directly related to the success of Joseon’s northern policy This study analyzes the Manpo Garrison and Manpo Cheomsa during early Joseon. First, an examination of the historical process through which Manpo was upgraded from guja to jin (garrison) is conducted. Second, an in-depth analysis of the appointment and dispatch of Cheomsa tothe Manpo Garrison is also carried out. Lastly, the functions of the Manpo Garrison as the northern hub for the establishment of friendly relations with the Jurchens is also delved into. To this end, this study seeks to reveal the characteristics of the management, as well as the actual situation on the ground, in Joseon’s northern area during early Joseon.

The development and influence of The March First Independence Movement through the Chinese media - Focused on the articles of Changsha(長沙) 『DaGong bao(大公報)』

Changsha(長沙) 『DaGong bao(大公報)』 was founded in September 1, 1915and was suspend publication since December 12, 1917 on three times. So they were discontinued at November 30, 1947. Since the founding of 『Takung Pao』 in 1915, they published about Korean independence movements steadily. Until the end of 1945 that returns of The provisional government of Republic of Korea(大韓民國臨時政府), under such exertion was continued. The articles of The March First Independence Movement were reached 80 cases of these. Changsha is established The provisional government of Republic of Korea's office in moving times, The city is close to Korean independence movements. First, Changsha 『Takung Pao』 ran distorted articles about The March First Independence Movement because the quotation of Japanese media. But the press comments were changed, the upright articles were run in succession. Especially They reported in full about the cause of The March First Independence Movement. Also they gave prominent coverage about The death of Gwang-Mu emperor(光武皇帝) and National Self-determination of Thomas Woodrow Wilson who U.S. President. Second, Moreover Changsha 『Takung Pao』reported in full about nationwide scale the process of development include demonstration aspect and bloody suppression of The March First Independence Movement. Also, They reported The distribute process of The Declaration of Independence clearly. Third, Changsha 『Takung Pao』reported with a focus on the establishment of The provisional government of Republic of Korea, the role of Ahn Chang-ho(安昌浩), the government-manufactured reformation of The Japanese Government General of Korea was born through The March First Independence Movement. And They reported the articles what the imperial order of Japanese emperor was issued. The articles about The March First Independence Movement run to Changsha 『Takung Pao』serve as a momentum ruminated to China's circumstances

Nam Pa Park Chan-Ik’s Independence Movement in the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea

Nam Pa Park Chan-Ik was born in Paju County Juna face in January 2, 1884. he defected to Manchuria in February 1911. He studied Chinese in China government institution school. His Chinese language skills were to take an important share Development diplomatic activities in the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea. He worked member of the provisional National Assembly in April 1921. Herepresents Gyeonggi Province. And he was in charge of Foreign Affairs of the Provisional Government of Korea. In particular, he was responsible diplomatic relations with the China. He was responsible for life and property of Korean people in China. He charged of diplomatic activities of the Korea Independence party. And He has supported the diplomatic activities of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea. Yoon, bong-gilstood up against the oppressive rule of the Japanese colonial government at Shanghai in 1932. The Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea had to leave due this accident. The Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea were going from Shanghai to Hangzhou, Qijiang, Liuzhou. This time, he was in charge of provisional government finances. And he installed collapse server network. This was established phase of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea. He has come back to provisional National Assembly in 1939. He worked in provisional government as Cabinet member, Justice Minister, member of the provisional National Assembly. Korea was liberated from Japan on August 15, 1945. After the liberation, he was in charge of life, property and safe return of Korean people in China at Delegation Foreign Affairs to China(駐華代表團). His actions may be look into three in the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea. The first, he contributed diplomatic activities in Provisional Government. The Second, he was valuable part of n Provisional Government as Cabinet member, Justice Minister, member of the provisional National Assembly. The third, after the liberation, he was in charge of life, property and safe return of Korean people in China. after all the analysis of his activitie, He led the independence movement of Korea. The especially, he was valuable role diplomatic activities in the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea.
