What is missional counseling and what is the role of missional counseling? It started with this question. A qualitative study was conducted through interviews with field missional counselors, and a role model was presented through a comprehensive approach to the role of missional counseling. As the first cognitive aspect of the study, the semantic system of missional counseling was established, and the environment of the missionary group was examined. Second, as a demanding aspect, the capacity of missional counselors was raised, the necessary and sufficient conditions for the development of mission counseling were arranged, and the need for support at the headquarters (group) level and a facilitating environment for non-face-toface counseling were presented. In the third integrated aspect, the contents of cooperation with member care, which is a larger concept, are summarized.
