ABSTRACT

This study conducted a parent participation program with a topic on the disabled for normal infant parents, and had the objective to look into the attitude of mothers on inclusion, images of disabled. The results of this study are as follows. First, normal infant mothers who participated the parent participation program had significantly improved images of disabled compared to normal infant mothers who didn’t participated in the program. Second, normal infant mothers who participated the program had significantly improved attitudes on inclusion compared to normal infant mothers who didn’t participated in the parent participation program. Through these results, it could be known that parent participation programs has positive effects on the image change on children with special needs and the attitude of normal infant mothers on inclusion.
