ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perceptions of sepcial education school's teachers about the management of the individualized education plan and utilization of the NEIS individualized education plan. The recognition of the NEIS individualized education plan utilization were investigated through surveys of 256 special education school's teachers across the country The results of this study are as follows: First, special education school's teachers have been recognized as a formal document to be written in the legal documents an individualized education plan and to be used as a reference in educational activities. And the role of parents and individualized educational support team was found to establish a individualized education plan. Second, it is shown that the form from the use of NEIS individualized education plan, the written time and management are effective and related work are reduced. For better use NICE individualized education plan have to improve system that is a need for user-friendly system, to simplify the procedures for the computerized management and the operating instructions and regulations is required.
