ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to set up a specific action plan from the scene of inclusive education, and to suggest a new direction of inclusive education. The action research was conducted to accomplish the purpose of the study. We specifically applied a program used action learning to find out how members of the inclusive education should cooperate and execute. The participants for this study were 8 action learning coaches, 10 special education teachers, and 10 general education teachers. They participated in an action learning program to find out how to implement the inclusive education cooperatively throughout seven times circulation of planning, implementing and reflecting. As a result, the participants who had different view of inclusive education were able to develop a specific practical knowledge in the process of discussing about action plan. The action learning program played an important role to extend a prospect of inclusive education by putting different perspectives of participants together and exploring the application possibilities to the inclusive education field.
