AB - Inspired by the practice-oriented curriculum in LIS, many colleges have developed Internship program. Researches of internee’s attitude or opinion of internship program, which affect students’ learning and their cognitive impact, have not been studied. This study measured internee’s cognition of internship by surveying thirty-four librarians who had experience of internship instructor in libraries and information centers. The Researcher found several practical problems as well as some implications which can be applied in a meaningful way among LIS professionals.
