ABSTRACT

The convergence between ICT and other industrial sectors is gradually continued by the change of industrial structures under the forth industrial revolution. An industry makes a convergence with other industries and that creates a new industry. In this situation, the human resource is necessary to understand and to lead developing technologies of the converged industry. To achieve the goal, the curriculum of growing convergence type personnel is required. For that, it is time to make a convergence education program for educating convergence type personnel. We design a curriculum to foster the human resource of a convergence industry sector depending on NCS. In this study, we select and try to converge health information management competency and application SW engineering competency for the ICT medicine convergence industry. According to the analysis which is based on the selected competency units, the knowledge of competency units elements, skill, and attitude, we choose competency units which will be involved in the designed curriculum. We select subjects which is based on the analysis and design the convergence curriculum for the ICT medicine convergence industry. The goal of this study is to foster convergence human resources by designing the convergence curriculum by using NCS.
