Editorial Policy


1. The editorial board commissions 3 reviewers (members or non-members) per article to review the manuscript submitted by the editorial board, and the names and affiliations of the reviewers and authors are kept anonymous to anyone.


2. The reviewers are composed of the publishers of this association's journals (with a doctoral degree or higher) and professors in other specialized fields, and a pool of reviewers is organized and operated for each major. If the article requested for review is inconsistent with the major, the reviewer may reject the review and must return it immediately.

 

3. The reviewers can exchange opinions with the author of the submitted article through the editorial board as an intermediary.
