ABSTRACT

This article probes into the evaluation of cyber tourism education users in Korea. The focus is on the strengths and challenges associated with using the internet as a medium for the primary survey research purpose. New method of measuring user evaluation based on triangular fuzzy numbers is introduced in the study.Hamming distance method was used to establish the validity of decision-making in each user’s attribute variables. To evaluate the discrepancy between users’ expectation and satisfaction level, authors infer general solutions to compute the intersection area among triangular fuzzy numbers, then the weak and/or strong attributes of cyber lecture is clarified. In terms of methodology this study implies that the fuzzy number model approach may be an atternative method for evaluating.
