AB - The goal of the study is to understanding of Japan Special-Supported Education Formation's background and the Features. Japan Special-Supported Education Formation is based on the final report of the "The 21st century Special Education's Plan", which is presented in January, 2001, and "About the Japan Special-Supported Education Formation Plan," which is presented in March, 2003.
