ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study to present the implications to provided a planfor NEIS individualized education. For the purpose, individual interviews wereperformed to 10 NEIS special education schools Advisory Panels of the nationaloffice of education. The results of interviews are as follows:• The reason for low utilization of NEIS individualized education is noguidance or law for NEIS individualized educational utilization. • If each local office of education have NEIS special education AdvisoryPanel to positive affect for NEIS individualized educational utilization,or not negative affect. • It is not utilize the NEIS individualized education because of no legalcompulsion and the system focused curriculum organization. The Implication of this study’s results:It Should be provided clearly and detailed guidelines to operation for activationof NEIS individualized education plan.
