AB - The purpose of this study is to investigate the necessity of establishing a record system for participation in youth activities.
As a result of the analysis, it must first be a record based on legal grounds. Second, it should be recorded with a clear purpose. Thirdly, the growth process must be recorded. Fourth, contents related to internal growth must be recorded. Fifth, a clear record subject should be determined. Sixth, documentaries from public institutions should be kept and plan for utilization should be formulated. Seventh, personal information protection should be considered.
