Purpose: The purpose of the present study is to verify the mediating effect of school career education and career attitude in terms of the impact of career-related parental support on the career barriers of multicultural adolescents. Methodology/Approach: To investigate such a purpose, the study specified 1,197 multicultural adolescents as analysis subjects by using 8th year data from the Multicultural Adolescent Panel Survey conducted by the National Youth Policy Institute. Findings/Conclusions: The analysis results reveal that (1) career-related parental support, school career education, and career attitude have a negative impact, as factors that impact career barriers. (2) Career-related parental support has a negative impact on career barriers, with school career education and career attitude serving as mediators. (3) Career-related parental support has an impact on career barriers, with the impact being made through the double mediation of school career education → career attitude.

Background & Purpose: This study is a field study conducted focusing on peer mentoring experiences to help colleagues who are experiencing difficulties in college life. The purpose is to provide data for revitalizing the experience of peer mentoring in college students. Methodology: This study is temporality, sociality, place on the according to the narrative inquiry procedure suggested by Clandinin & Connelly (2000). the field text was analyzed by a three-dimensional narrative inquiry space. Findings/Conclusions: First, as they began to experience peer mentoring, they recognized that previous experiences had an influence on their current cognitive-emotional behavior. Second, the psychological state that I had when I first started experiencing peer mentoring developed into interest in myself and my peers over time. Third, he gained confidence in what role he would play in the future. Implications: As a college student, it will be possible to discuss how faithful and free one can be to oneself and others from the perspective of an open mind toward the world in the future, and it will provide important basic data for activating peer mentors of college students.

Background & Purpose: This study investigated the difference in caring according to the presence or absence of volunteer activity and the effect of volunteer activity on caring. Methodology: For this purpose, 418 students (194 males, 224 females) in the first and second grades of middle schools located in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Chungcheong were randomly selected. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 22.0, For differences between groups, independent sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA) were used. A multiple regression analysis was performed on the influence of volunteer participation and demographic characteristics on caring. Findings/Conclusions: The main results shown in the analysis were: First, the level of caring was higher in the group that participated in volunteer activities than the group that did not participate. Second, the level of caring was relatively higher in the female group than in the male group. Third, the level of caring of the group that participated in volunteer activities for a long time was higher than that of the group that did not participate. A particularly noteworthy result is that the main factor influencing the caring of other people's feelings, which is a sub-factor of caring is the amount of time spent in volunteer activities. Implications: The significance of this study is that it was confirmed that in order to improve the level of caring, it is necessary to participate in volunteer activities, but to provide guidance to participate for a longer period of time.
