AB - This study sought to revitalize youth club activities based on current situation and problems. Youth club organizations have played an important role in the growth and development of youth through their unique purposes, educational methods and programs. However, there is a lack of policy consideration for youth organizations, and difficulties have been exacerbated for reasons such as the ignorance of youth club activities in schools. In this situation, we examined the status of 4-H activities among youth organizations and discussed the developmental plan. In 4-H club, the number of members has increased gradually since 2000, activity programs are diversified, and youth participation rate is increasing. In addition, satisfaction with 4-H activities is also very high, indicating that adolescents are very positive. The main findings of this study are summarized as follows: First, it is necessary to expand the base for elementary school members. Second, guarantee to ensure continuity of activities are needed. Third, programs that reflect social change and consumer needs Fourth, the policy consideration for youth club activities and the linkage between school and community should be strengthened
