AB - The purpose of this study is to present the direction of the youth activity program through newspaper articles which reflects the reality of society. To this end, Chosun Ilbo analyzed 153 juvenile articles for one year in 2018. The results are as follow.
First, 153 newspaper articles related to adolescents were related to 46 self-competency(30.0%) among the youth activity competencies, and 25 civic- competency(16.3%) were the second.
Second, based on the 153 newspaper articles, the contents of the contents that can be found in the contents of the articles were presented by competency.
Through this, we found that the self-competence and citizen competence program is needed for the youth and that the newspaper article can find the demand of the program.
